Please review before booking. These policies help keep sessions safe, efficient, and respectful for everyone.

Eligibility & ID

You must be 18+ no exceptions.
No exceptions for minors: including parental consent or bringing a parent - still NO.

Health & Safety

Let me know about allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., keloiding, eczema, psoriasis).
If you are sick (fever, flu, COVID-like symptoms), please reschedule. Do not attend while ill.
We use single-use or properly sterilized equipment and follow universal precautions.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your final total.
Final payment is due at the end of your session. Square is used for secure card payments; cash is also accepted.
Prices vary by placement, size, and detail. See the Rates page for ranges.

Refund Policy

Minimum Deposit ($35): Non-refundable at any time. Covers scheduling and administrative costs.
Standard Deposit (20%): Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before appointment. No refund within 72 hours.
Full Payment (100%): 80% refund if cancelled 72+ hours before appointment (20% processing fee retained). (90% refund for large orders! 10% processing fee retained)

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
Cancellations within 72 hours of appointment forfeit refund eligibility.
Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit at my discretion.

Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session.
For significant delays (1HR+) your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited at artist discretion.

Guest Policy

One guest is welcome for most appointments. Exception: for tapouts, up to two guests are allowed.
No pets are allowed in the procedure area for safety reasons.
Please be respectful. If you or your guest become too disruptive, you may be asked to leave.

Design & Revisions

Provide clear references and describe your idea, size, and placement when booking.
Minor day-of adjustments are welcomed. Larger redesigns may require a new appointment.
Custom designs remain the artist's intellectual property and may be reused or adapted unless Exclusivity is agreed upon in writing.

Touch-ups

One complimentary touch-up may be provided within 8 weeks for normal healing issues at the artist's discretion.
Areas prone to rapid fading (hands, fingers, feet, inner lip, etc.) are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
